Q: What is the iDate Agency Convention?
A: Since 2004, the iDate Agency is the longest running trade show and the largest business conference for the online dating, matchmaker and social networking industry. Several conventions are held each year covering the technology, management and marketing for the dating industry. The Florida event is the largest. Held each January/February, it focuses on the global industry. The European trade show (held each Fall) covers the E.U. marketplace along with mobile. The West Coast event (held each Summer) covers artificial intelligence, machine learning mobile dating market. The Asia event (held every few years) covers the Far East marketplace along with mobile. There is also a South American every few years as well. All are advanced events that explore the most modern form of dating technoloy, strategy, business management and internet marketing.
Q: Who attends the iDate Agency Convention?
A: iDate Agency is attended by dating operators, matchmakers and senior executives of social networking companies. In addition, consultants, background search professionals, mobile technology companies, hosting companies, affiliate marketers and software companies attend the event. Q: What can I expect at the trade show?
A: iDate Agency attendance is certainly a different experience for most, if not all delegates. This is a serious business trade show, and all delegates attending treat it as such. Business negotiations take place during networking sessions. The seminars at the event are designed to discusss new technologies as well as best tactics, methods and strategies for managers of social networking owners to run their operations. Networking at the iDate Agency Convention with other delegates, like yourself, has been found to be most productive in discovering new business opportunities. For this to work best for you, it requires that you will need to be assertive and introduce yourself to other delegates at the event.
Q: How much does it cost to register and what does a registration pass include?
A: If you register before October 1, 2017 (11:59 PM EST), the registration fee is . After October 1, 2017 (11:59 PM EST), the cost increases to 1095. A registration pass includes access to the iDate Agency exhibit hall at the The Sportsmen's Lodge Events Center, iDate Agency seminars as well as most of the iDate Agency associated social events taking place during the event. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided for both days. Lunch is is provided. Pre-event sessions on June 16 (except the Google Session) are not included with the 2 day conference price. Also, certian functions, such as the buyers and sellers gathering and the awards ceremonies (if scheduled) require additional fees. Note: Food is not provided during pre-event session days (June 16).
Q: What if I want to register in person at the trade show?
A: At-Door registration begins on June 14 at 7:45 AM. We recommend you get there early as there will be a long line of people looking to purchase passes at the front door. That is why we recommend registering for iDate Agency Convention 2018 online early. You save both money and time at the event.
Q: Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at the The Sportsmen's Lodge Events Center?
A: You must pick up your badge at the conference registration desk the morning of the event. Please bring government issued photo identificaiton (for verification purposes only). Registration badges are not mailed.
Q: What if I lose my badge during the event?
A: At this event your badge is your access to the iDate Agency Convention. With it, you can enter the exhibit hall, the seminar rooms and attend other outside social events. Badges cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you need to purchase a replacement badge at the event the cost will be 1095.

Q: Do you provide a list of the the delegate names and companies?
A: Yes and No. This event is attended by wealthy entrepreneurs and senior executives that do not wish to give out their names or contact details to others they do not know. They scifically opted out during registration. For those individuals, we respect their privacy. You will only be able to connect with those individuals at the event. Those that opted in will be in our MOSOCIAL APP, which is activated 7 to 14 days prior to the event. We also suggest that you click HERE to see a list of companies that have attended previous events.
Q: How do I make appointments in advance of the event with delegates attending?
A: The MOSOCIAL APP will be activated 7 to 14 days prior to the event and will allow you to directly connect with others that opted in. We also recommend the Linked In Industry Group and Facebook Industry Group

A: We require your real first and last name for identification purposes only. We will place the name you would like to appear on the badge at the registration desk.

A: If you are with the major media (examples are: The Economist Magazine, Financial Times, Business Week Magazine, the New York Times, the Washington Post, etc.), then email us with your name, the name and address of the media publication, the name of your editor and his contact details. Upon confirmation, we will contact you and advise if you are approved to have a media pass to the event. If you are an industry publication, trade publication or blog, please note that we have pre-arranged co-promotional agreements with other trade publications. Our co-promotional agreements are done months in advance. If you are contacting us for the first time just prior to the event, you will need to register and pay for your pass.
